Proximity to where we needed to be.
The King Room was spacious and clean. The ensuite bathroom was a nice size and clean as well.Good for the night's stay.
The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and there was plastic under everything- the duvet, the pillowcase n mattress. Understand the need for sanitisation but it made us feel hot and made lots of noise. Apart from that, the stay was okay as we only needed a room for a night.

Lovely Asian lady owns the house. Very amenable to help with anything you might need. The town is very nice, but mostly large private homes, so it's only a location to sleep in and leave in the morning to go your merry way. The place is clean as well as the shared bath.
The location is a family house in a neighborhood of private homes. The owner lives on the lower level with the family. The upper level has a few rooms to rent. It's all perfectly fine, yet basic. Mind you, it felt a bit like being allowed to sleep in someone's spare room for the night. Really a place to put your head for the night and sleep. The living room/family room is not really meant to be used by guests, though you can sit in it. No breakfast is offered.

shared bathroom for the only option we found available on booking. book in advance to get room with private bathroom

The room and the location were perfectly acceptable. The neighbourhood was rather nice.
The room, and the batroom, which was on another floor, were both quite cold.
