The apartment was as described. Perfect location within walking distance to Duomo and shops and restaurants. Our 1 night stay was very pleasant.

The apartment was just as described. One guest room and a couch that pulled out into a bed. Perfect for two adults with kids. The kitchen was small with out a microwave, but it had a coffee maker and cups for morning coffee plus all utensils needed. There was a small refrigerator which was stocked with water which we really appreciated. The AC worked wonderful and was necessary during the hot days we were there. 3 small things- 1) there was a crack in the toilet seat that we told the manager & owner about & neither responded. 2) There was a crooked/broken seat at the kitchen table- not sure if owners/managers were aware. Not a big deal, since we only stayed there two short nights. 3) Our plane was delayed(no fault of our own) and my bag was lost so we were not at the apartment until 9:20PM. The hotel manager charged us $45 extra to include a $24 tourist tax? Prior to our trip Alessandro was very communicative helping us with transportation to the apartment and sending us a map which was very helpful. In addition, he relayed information to me about my missing luggage which finally arrived at 1pm on the 2nd day. All in all, if you are looking for a quaint place walking distance to good restaurants, shopping and sites. This place is in a good location.

This place was the perfect size and location for our family of 3. We were a short walk away from major sites and wonderful restaurants. Alessandro was an amazing host. We would stay there again.

We had one small issue that was addressed with us before our arrival. Alessandro had let us know that the boiler needed replaced on the day of our arrival. We knew prior to our arrival exactly what to expect and it went all as he had stated. Everything about the apartment was as expected. He even allowed us to leave our baggage there earlier than he expected us to arrive. It was a very short walk to see the major sites, which was excellent. The place was well maintained and we enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful property located in cental Milan. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions, plus a nice local food market 100 meters from the apartment!

It’s clean, bright, and comfortable. Elevator a real plus. Nearby restaurants and highlights of city — Duomo, La Scala and Victor Emmanuel Piazza shopping nearby. Host Allesandro is wonderful and most helpful.

This apartment is in a beautiful historic building in the heart of Milan. It's just a few-minute walk to Duomo, and literally steps from restaurants and shopping. The size was perfect for me + 3 teens. Would absolutely stay here again!

Easy check in, functional amenities, and convenient location made this stay very enjoyable.

Great location, wonderful location! Only improvements we saw were lack of microwave oven and dryer, cheap bed sheets, and tiny elevator. Pillows are either too firm too firm, or too thin. Room is large though. Still would recommend this hotel and if I return to the area, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient Location easy check in

The listing for this property was accurate for what we received. We loved the location because it was walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see (Duomo & Square, Science museum etc…). Also very close to restaurants, supermarkets and eateries. The host corrected the difficulties we had accessing the building quickly and compensated for delays. We were very pleased with having air conditioning and a very quiet apartment especially considering how close we were to the city center. Additionally we appreciated the shutters to keep light out and access to an elevator for transporting luggage up two flights of stairs. The apartment was vey comfortable for a family of four and we would recommend the apartment to any other family.

Great spot for our stopover in Milano. Alessandro and Antonella were very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Apartment is in a stunningly beautiful old building, but clean and modern space with a/c, which we were very thankful for on a hot day. Despite being near a busy street, building is surprisingly quiet. Very comfortable overall! Grazie molto!

The apartment is very nice, has air conditioning, everything was well organized and the location is excellent - very close to Duomo yet on a quiet street. It was absolutely perfect.
