The property was in a good location. It was close to the train station and shops.
The stairs. The washing facilities were unclear, there were no instructions in English.

The location is superb. It is 1 min from the big coop supermarket, 3 min walking from the Zermatt train station.
Our room was on the top level. You need to walk 10 sections of stair.

N/A on breakfast; could have used some coffee or tea in the unit.
Access to the facility was difficult and did not know we had so many steps to climb and no lift
