Location with excellent sun set.
We should have been properly informed about the road which allows tempo traveler to enter only after 6pm. Specifically when we contacted owner stating that we will be staying only for a single day & will be checking out early next morning.
We have been guided by property owner to visit other places which we didn't wanted to & reached earlier there.
WE HAD TO STAY OUT IN DALHOUSIE MARKET FOR 3 HOURS.
Apart from basic facilities to compromise ourselves Only good thing was to enjoy beautiful natural views along with good SUNSET.

Every thing starting from staff behavior, Food, service, location, rooms everything was good
The location to reach at hotel - Road is not so good and you need to contact restaurant for information about - what time you can enter and exit if you are using tampo traveller or bus. If you travelling in small car then there will be no issue.

Beautiful place to stay for nature lovers...its a mini adventure in itself, reaching the place. Too good a staff - so prompt in their service, simple, humble, caring, ever present... outstanding

the view is amazing and service is great. Just transport to kalatop is bit difficult. There was Wi-Fi issue due to rains even management cannot help in this

I stayed here with my family .we opted super deluxe room which got breath taking Panasonic valley view.food is delicious. Good property to someone who is looking for peaceful ambience with family.

The place has amazing views of the Mountains. Rooms is very specious and clean. Hot water system was Great. Food is tasty and fresh. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Overall it was Great experince.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing.our all over experience was excellent.hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful.always ready to assist you.the view from room is just awesome. Definitely recommend people visit this hotel.

“ the best part of the property s its location, less crowed area, the view from hotel is breathtaking. one of the best property to stay and enjoy, the host aman is very cooperative, room were clean and comfortable. highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Dalhousie.

"We stayed here for 3 nights and the stay and the food was excellent.all the amenities are up to mark as compared to other properties in area.staff is very helpfull. Manager mr. Aman is very helpfull and courteous. The above all was the marvellous view of the mountain.sipping a hot cup of coffiee and enjoying the bed of white snow covered on the mountain. Definitely recommend to stay here."

Cleanliness, hygiene and room service
The last 100 mtr approach road to Smart Hill is steep and slippery. Exhausting.

Excellent experience, great people especially Mr Anup, he is very kind, helpfull and supportive.
Food was also nice, rooms are clean.

The view was fantastic
Getting there is a dangerous route and is 1.5h from the main city square.
Travelling up to the hotel at night is dangerous and scary since it is a narrow road at the side of a cliff.

The view from the property is amazing.
Bathroom was really small for a family suite.
Food is little expensive for the quantity served.

The staff was very cooperative and polite. Rooms were clean and service/ food was also good. Rooms had balcony and the view from balcony was mesmerising!! Since hotel is inside sanctuary, it's very calm & peaceful and we had ample of space to roam around for nature walks, enjoy sunrise and sunset. Staff members helped carry luggage to hotel comfortably. Highly recommended for nature lovers and if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from hustle bustle. Would love to visit again.

The location is perfect for peaceful stay with serene views. It is in an ecological park. So there is plenty of room to hike and roam. The staff is polite and prompt. We got all the assistance and help with local tour plans. The manager even provided us an Airtel dongle to resolve connectivity issue.
Wooden rooms are cozy, and beds were comfortable.

The views , the peace, the staff and location was very good.
Its lika a very peaceful stay and time to relax , meditate . Staff is very helpful.
