Cleanliness and staff
A bit far location

Good location: outside of the touristy old town, but close to market, cafes and restaurants. Walkable distance from the rice fields, the famous coconut boat ride, and a long walk from old town (however might get a scooter ride). Wifi was good. The room was clean, well illuminated and well, ventilated. It definitely feels like home when you arrive and family welcomes you :) Bed is beautifully confortable.
Toilet extract fan was not working so it could feel a bit humid / hot when showering.
Personal preference, but having a desk to do light work would be awesome.

We loved our stay! The house allows a lot of sunlight to come in what is great. Our room.. It was so so so nice! It was clean, we had a lot of windows what gave us natural light, the bathroom was big and the room had good/smart furniture. Whoever designed the house and the rooms has awesome taste :) the wall colors make it cozy and modern, the floor was just super cool and the shower looked stylish as well.
We were positively surprised with this place :)
Also you can rent bicycles for very little money :)
