Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, Ausstattung für südliche Verhältnisse sehr gut! Romina und Roberto sind super herzlich und haben alles perfekt für uns vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert - Vielen Dank euch hierfür!!!! Tolle Anlage mit großem, liebevoll gepflegtem Garten. Super Lage, nur 5min zum Strand La Cinta. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Ein paar Spielsachen würden uns auch zur Verfügung gestellt (Sandspielzeug, Beach Tennis, Volleyball). Großartige Gastgeber, welche uns tolle Tipps gegeben und bei der Abreise ein günstiges Taxi organisiert haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Residence Le Colonnine!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Colonnine and would happily return. The location is truly one of its biggest highlights - perfectly positioned in San Teodoro, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. While having a car is definitely helpful for exploring further afield and making the most of the coastline, you’re also within easy walking distance of La Cinta beach, which is absolutely stunning, and the San Teodoro town centre. The town itself has everything you could need - great restaurants, cafés, shops, and a lovely atmosphere in the evenings - so it’s ideal whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy a bit of local life. The villa was very comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing stay, with everything we needed. Another thing we really appreciated was how accessible and helpful the owners were. They are nearby and always around if you need anything, which makes a big difference - any small requests or questions were handled quickly, giving us real peace of mind throughout our stay. We visited in April, which meant the area was pleasantly calm and not busy. It was a perfect time to enjoy the surroundings at a relaxed pace. I imagine during the high season things might feel quite different, with more crowds and a livelier atmosphere, but the location would still be a huge advantage for getting around and making the most of everything nearby. Keep in mind that this is a villa rental rather than a full-service hotel, which gives it a more casual and homely atmosphere. We found this suited our trip perfectly as we were traveling with children. Overall, Le Colonnine offers a combination of location, convenience, and attentive hosting. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy both the beaches and the charm of San Teodoro. The location is in between the center and seaside, so it’s equally ok to go on foot to the beach (around 15 minutes), and to the center (10 minutes). It’s clean, nice surroundings, beautiful small garden. The owners can give you sun parasols and portable sunbeds, toys.

The door to the bedroom creaks, so it’s impossible to go out/come in without waking up the rest in the room. There is a small window in the bedroom that faces the yard where there is constant light. So it means that you can’t make the room dark to fall asleep. There was only 1 piece of toilet paper for the family of 3 for 6 nights stay, so you have to take care of it yourself and so far after traveling to 150 countries we never faced that. The coffee machine is special and needs adapters which we requested but never got. Anything extra costs a lot, for example if you want to park next to the apartment, it will cost you 50 euros for 6 days, even though there is plenty of space outside to park for free. We requested babybed, which booking said it’s available for free, but the owners asked a 25 euro fee. The owners expect you to remove all your trash from the apartment and it has to be sorted into 7 different trash bins. Yet there were no trash bags available, so you have to take care of that too. There is a strict schedule of when the service takes what type of garbage and it’s only in Italian. So everyday you have to take out some type of garbage.There are extremely many mosquitoes in the area, and there are no mosquito nets on the doors and all windows. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there is no water kettle, no microwave, no paper towels.
