There is no complimentary breakfast available even though the site offered breakfast inclusive. The re eption guy askes us to eat at udupi at our own cost. Their kitchen was also not open for orders before 2 pm

Cleanliness is upto the mark, the staff behavior is quite well, rooms are at par based on size and facilities (though TV and Wifi did not work)

Day of check-in does not allow free cancellation and increase of rate by 1000Rs or around 35% can be rough for people who rely on cash/card and not UPI. Card services does not work, only cash or UPI so yeah people who use credit cards, beware! Facilities: - WLAN/Wifi does not work/was not working on the day - TV does not work at all.

The rooms were pitch perfect clean...staffs were really friendly.
