This was a night-stop in Florence for our group. The property was very central and easy to reach the city centre from. Room was comfortable, the facilities were good. Staff were helpful.
Not a complaint, but if you're driving to this property, try to park outside the low emissions zone (ZTL) and walk there. The property can record your vehicle details if you need to drop bags, but there is no parking immediately outside the hotel.

Super convenient location. The value of this hotel is really in the location. It was super close to major tourist areas, transit and food. It's a really LOW maintenance stay. There isnt staff there 24/7 and as we arrived late, we had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. It was seamless but kind of annoying to have to check in and carry our luggage around the city. Air conditioning was a major plus.
The bed had some mysterious stains. The bathroom was a major issue for us. It was small and cramped. BUT the worst part was that anytime water was run, whether it be the shower or from the sink, or even flushing the toilet, there would be a gurgle from the pipes and the whole bathroom and bedroom would reek of raw sewage. It was pretty gross. The chair in our room was crumbling on the back and overall furniture could use an upgrade.
