Questa villa moderna può ospitare fino a 8-10 persone e dispone di oltre 5.000 sq. Ft di spazio vitale e terrazze. È dotato di un ampio soggiorno, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD, sala da pranzo, cucina con tutte le comodità di una cucina moderna, lavanderia, 4 bagni full size, ciascuno con doccia. Una grande terrazza fuori del soggiorno e un altro fuori una camera da letto al mare.
Situato a pochi passi dalle bianche spiagge di seta dei Caraibi messicani, godersi il sole sulla vostra terrazza privata o prendere il sole a bordo piscina situato a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. La terrazza superiore ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare blu verde acqua per quanto i vostri occhi possono vedere nord e sud.
Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio divano componibile che sarà sede più di 8 persone, più ci sono due sedie laterali. La sala da pranzo sarà sede 8 persone in tutta comodità e si affaccia sull'oceano. Se amate cucinare, questa cucina vi offre la stanza per preparare i pasti gourmet, spuntini pomeridiani o cocktail alle 6 per guardare il tramonto dalla terrazza superiore. Questa villa è stata progettata per intrattenere e godere le vostre vacanze con gli amici o la famiglia riunita. Se si affitta una macchina c'è parcheggio disponibile. Gli autobus passano anche a tutte le ore ogni pochi minuti e raccogliere nella parte anteriore della proprietà per pochi pesos. Questi autobus vi porterà a tutti i ristoranti di Cancun e punti caldi. I taxi sono disponibili nella parte anteriore del condominio anche.

The view is amazing!! It does not get better than the view from this property! Access to the pool and the beach are perfect from this villa! I should say there are a ton of stairs on this property, not just in the Villa, but all over the property. If you have someone who has trouble with stairs you should be aware. The location is great and a short walk to Playa Delfines, which is famous but our beach was just as beautiful. Miriam, the property manager is amazing! This was our first time in Cancun and she answered every question I had. She set us up with transportation to and from the airport and had our grocery order in the villa waiting on us. I felt like we were best friends by the end of our trip! Miriam also set us up with a personal chef!! Chef Mar was so amazing we had her come back another night! She made the most beautiful dinners for us! She customized the menu for our family and of all our meals on the trip the two dinners prepared by Chef Mar were our favorite meals of the trip!!! Hands down her food was the best we had out of any restaurant we ate at the whole trip! I will recommend her to anyone I know going to Cancun! She made us feel so welcome and treated us like family! Love her!All this to say the trip was perfect.

Such a wonderful place! The property is perfect for a large family and right on the beach. Watch the sunrise from one of the 2 balconies or walk a few steps onto the beach. The pool area was perfect including the children’s pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Miriam made sure we were taken care of from recommendations on transfer services to shopping and all our needs throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with accessories, dishes, coffee, sugar, spices, and a wide variety of utensils. They also provided dishwasher and laundry detergent, which was very convenient. There was an ample supply of toilet paper and paper towels, and even a filtered water machine — a thoughtful touch. The large patio was a highlight, overlooking the beach featuring plenty of reclining chairs and tables with seating, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunrise.Miriam was a wonderful host. She made sure we were personally greeted upon arrival and escorted to the villa, even though we arrived later than expected. She was responsive to all my questions throughout the entire process. When we informed her that the patio umbrella was broken, she promptly delivered a new one. Her attentiveness truly made our stay even more enjoyable.One thing to be aware of is the property grounds and the condo had many stairs and various levels throughout which was challenging for my visually impaired 84 year old father but was manageable with our support. Not a deal breaker at all. We had the most wonderful trip and memories for a lifetime!

My family & I had the best experience at the villa. It is such a beautiful location, the ocean is so close! I highly recommend booking Chef Mar. We had breakfast and dinner prepared by her and all meals were delicious. Miriam, our host was so responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!
