Good location and very quiet especially given its proximity to train station and Emirates Stadium. Facilities as advertised, including washing machine and complimentary washing powder, tea, coffee, sugar etc.
Landlord took the time to demonstrate use of TV/satellite decoder and ensure all working satisfactorily.
Proximity to Holloway road for shops and restaurants and to shops at Highbury Park (great butcher - Godfrey's & Wine Merchants - Highbury Vintners) Emirates Stadium 5 minutes walk away.
Unfortunately there was refurbishment of the neighbouring flat (upstairs) ongoing at the time of our stay, but this is a temporary situation and outwith of the landlord's control.
