Great location, kind hosts. Close enough to the historic district and restaurant choices to explore entirely on foot. Leave your car parked.
Very comfortable bed in a loft. The angled step at the top of the stairs was a bit disconcerting for a middle of the night trip downstairs to the bathroom. Some subdued night light in order.

This place is very near the central station and one can easily reach the attractions in the historical city center. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and I always had a nice chat during breakfast. There is also a coffee machine if one feels like drinking another one.
I always like it whenever there is a kitchen, and I liked that here too, but maybe there could have been pans of a bit higher quality. I was still able to make a small dinner for myself, however.

Room was large spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable the host was welcoming friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pastries and coffee. Convenient for shops and restaurants train station a 10 minute walk.

The room was very tidy, large and there was a kitchen area with some essentials. The breakfast was nicely done, very pleasant and flexible.
They say they have 24-hr check in but I arrived to a dark, dingy part of town to find no sign of it being occupied. After being stood outside for ages I was finally let in by a lady who pointed angrily at her watch.

Hospitable hosts, very helpful. everything clean and well ordered, spacious, with a nice private outside area. Close to the station and easy to explore the city. But also peaceful.

A nice walk to the center. Restaurants nearby. Free parking places a few blocs further.
Breakfast was adapted to a more continental one.

Modern bathroom, quiet room. Friendly staff. We were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out. Typical Italian breakfast.
Room was a little bit small but as we were staying only one night, it was fine.

Nice breakfast - fresh croissants every morning, free airport shuttle, situated close to city center and very nice owner attitude and hospitality.

Giovanni and Emanuela were great hosts, friendly, helpful with information and made me feel very welcome.
The room was comfortable, nice and quiet at night so fantastic for a good night's sleep.
Location was fab, everything within easy walking distance.
All in all two thumbs up!
