the bed was extremely uncomfortable

Self catering. Milk in fridge tea and coffee and jam and marmalade already there. Dog friendly enclosed picket fence. Oven ok. Plenty of hot water. Bathroom a good standard. Comfortable furniture, cosy cushions and easy to clean. Plenty of cooking utensils pots and pans. Chalets were spaced out convenient petrol station and shop. Nice area and friendly. Nice to have a fan. Good value for money and booked at very short notice in the busy holiday season I do appreciate letting us stay.

Although clean there were a few spider cobwebs that had been there for a while. Fridge not very cold when put on lowest setting and could have done with a small freezer. Very hot during our stay. Little picket gate needs looking at although closes slips down a bit and fence a bit wobbly. The area was by a main road a bit noisy but we got used to the noise.

Absolutely amazing will definitely be back, the Chalet was spotless clean and had absolutely everything in to make our stay perfect and easy. Lovely extra touches like fresh clean towels and every bed and a pint of milk in the fridge for our arrival! Could not have asked for a better place to stay! I have already recommend to friends and family!!

Very well equipped and very clean chalet. It had everything you'd need. Surprisingly spacious. Thank you for the milk in the fridge.

The window in the main bedroom didn't seem to close properly so you could hear the road noise outside.

If you didn't open the windows during the day after a while, in the night the beds felt dewy and there would be condensate on the windows often. May just be that time of year?

The chalet was nice, clean and well equipped, no washing machine but there was laundry place down in Seaton 😉 beds were very comfy, we loved mooing cows in the evenings and mornings 😍 and our little dog loved morning walks to the nearby picnic area, the views the were amazing! thank you ☺️

The nearby road was a little bit too noisy in the mornings

Chalet is beautifully decorated and location wise is only a short travel to both Seaton and Lym Regis. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed. Only needed our clothes. Cross over the road and there are amazing views of Seaton and a public footpath to walk the dog.

Being close to the main road means a lot of by passing traffic, especially motorcycles speeding past making it a noisy location during the day. Night time tends to be a lot more quieter.

The chalet was in a good location and it was generally very quiet. The chalet was very cosy, very clean and well equipped, thank you.

There were a few occasions where we were woken by traffic noise, it sounded like a car using the road as a race track

When in the bedroom we could hear the traffic from a nearby road. When advertising the property I would prefer the VAT included in the total cost so it is clear when comparing prices with other properties.
