It was clean and the bed was SO comfortable! Breakfast had a good selection and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. The staff were friendly.
There wasn’t an ice maker on our floor, but there was one on the first floor.

The staff was very friendly, however at checkout, no one asked if we enjoyed our stay or asked how we felt about our time there. The best part was the air-conditioning. It ran too good for the tremendously hot days we had in Shreveport.
The hotel as a whole looks run down and old. Our room had peeling wall paper, one remote to use for two TVs, the shower had to be snaked by maintenence cause water backed up while showering, not enough toilet paper provided, trash liners were not already in the trash cans, had to put those on myself, etc. For a $400 something ticket for a 3 day stay, it wasn't worth it.
