House is cleaned and everything is ready when we entered the house.

- Clear communication with the host
- Have lots of extra mattress & pillows
- There's water purifier for hot & cold water
- There's water heater for shower
- There's stand steam iron
- Playground nearby for kids
- Large parking space (could park 2 cars)
- Have microwave & kitchen utensils
- Provided sweets & 3 in 1 drink
- House was spacious & clean
- Location is nice
- Need to provide more trash can especially near or in the bathrooms
- Bathroom has some kind of unpleasant smell but it is clean. Not sure the smell come from where, maybe from the detergent use. But still acceptable

The host gave the best service. When i checked in the homestay, i was so suprised. The house felt cool and the lamp was already on. Extra mattresses were also provided in each room. Seems like the house was already sanitised too!
Washing machine not provided.

The house is very cosy and modern look. Definitely will book here for another trip to Alor Setar.
