The Nook on Hermitage is the perfect place to stay for a getaway down South.
Circondato da terra cespugliosa, immerso tra alti alberi di Jarrah e Marri, l'abbondanza di animali selvatici e uccelli è questa luminosa casa con 3 camere da letto a soli 2 minuti di auto dalla strada principale di Margaret River (15 minuti a piedi) o 10 minuti di auto da onde di classe mondiale e tramonti mozzafiato a Surfers Point / Main Break. Questa comoda posizione si estende a Rails per sentieri e collegamenti a Margaret Rivers rete di sentieri per la mountain bike e passeggiate attraverso alcuni dei più bei cespugli naturali nella regione del fiume Margaret.

La cucina / soggiorno è stata completamente arredata con mobili e attrezzature nuovi di zecca. La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è completamente attrezzata per cucinare e intrattenere. La sala da pranzo organizza un pasto da seduti per 8 persone o puoi portarla fuori sul ponte e nell'area barbecue con vista sui giardini naturali, sulla terra dei cespugli e sul rigoglioso prato verde. La zona giorno si apre sul ponte con ampie finestre e inondata dalla luce naturale. Ha una TV, un comodo divano, mobili e sgabelli sulla panchina che si affaccia sulla grande cucina o all'esterno della vegetazione lussureggiante. La proprietà è situata su un acro di terra cespugliata con piante autoctone, alcuni alberi da frutto e piccoli sentieri che si snodano tra gli alberi. C'è una zona con prato verde giù per le scale dal ponte, dove è possibile oziare, fare un picnic o giocare un pasticcio. Il posto auto coperto è per 2 auto ma c'è molto parcheggio per più.

We stayed at the property for over a week.
Positives:
Has everything in kitchen you could need
Very comfy and cosy bed
Great fire and well provided for
Lovely views from the many windows
Shower is spacious and hot
Great communication with host
Fabulous having birds, kangaroos and rabbits roaming about the backyard that you could see from inside where you were warm and cosy
Clean and heaps of space which would make it great for group bookings
Negatives
The property and furnishings LOOK great but overall they are not particularly comfortable or practical.
The lounge is very soft with no support at all. Very low and annoying to get out of. Could not sit for very long.
Lighting in lounge was very dim. Difficult to sit and read as was not good for eyes.
Bar stools - hard, no back support and uncomfortable for any period of time
Dining chairs - hard and uncomfortable (thought they look nice)
Mould in bathroom on upper walls ( I imagine this would be an ongoing problem in the area)
Website mentions 'backs on to walking trails'. This was one of the drawcards for us. No walking trail found that it backed on to and no info in binder about it.
Bathtub looks awesome and is very deep. However it is kind of too deep and is difficult to get out of. The sides are designed so that unless you are over 6 feet tall you cannot step straight into the bath. You have to sit on the cold tiles and swing legs over. Not particularly convenient or comfortable.
Dining table is a good size and has a light above above which is great for playing games. However the room is not where the fire is and you either have to leave the door open (not very efficient) or tolerate the cold.
Microwave is in a weird spot and difficult to reach comfortably for average size person.
These are all personal experiences and for any people they would not rate a mention. However from my viewpoint the property was overpriced for the experience we had. If you were not spending much time in the actual home these points might not be relevant either. However we spent alot of time relaxing and chilling for the first week and were there most of the time. For the price we were charged I was expecting everything to be a of very high standard.
We would not stay there again but am sure it would suit others.
