The flat is in a great position, lots of lovely restaurants and shops close by. A great base for visiting Thorpeness, Southwold, Framlingham and Snape.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated with high quality furnishings. Stunning view from the top. Very comfortable beds. Very clean everywhere. Would stay again.
Heating could have come on earlier as it took a while to warm up after we arrived at 4pm (it’s on a timer) and there was no way of adjusting the temperature in the living room. Underfloor heating was great once it warmed up but we spent a couple of hours needing blankets to stay warm.
Only one toilet roll for 3 guests, so we had to buy more. Great shower room but no toiletries other than soap.

Open plan living area, with view to sea
Access in darkened- not easy

self catering so no comment on the food.
Place was clean, beds comfortable.
Tap in kitchen very loose, why had this not been reported by cleaning staff and fixed prior to our arrival?
Disappointed washer not working. Deck chairs filthy, unable to use them, we were promised clean ones but they never arrived. Would not stay here again.
