Location was very good. Its near to ABU KHAYAL PARK, HIGH CITY, ART STREET & DABBAB WALKWAY. MIZAN from kitchen was very helpful. ALAM, & AMIR from Housekeeping was very helpful.

The breakfast has limited options, Although the kitchen guy (MIZAN) asked us what to make in breakfast and we have only few options to make OMELETTE, Boil eggs and tea with milk. There was no Kitchen service to order something for lunch/dinner. There was no Grocery shop nearby which makes us to go on CAR every-time to purchase anything from supermarket. The mattress was not very comfortable.

Excellent location. Clean and quiet place. Professional stuff on providing the services for the guest. Special thanks for the employee named Noor Alsaiary, who work in the reception for being always welling on providing the best service.

The property is in a good location and the room itself was acceptable. However, my overall experience was disappointing. A few days before my arrival, the hotel contacted me and asked me to cancel my confirmed booking, claiming there was a washroom issue. Since it was during the Eid holidays and hotel prices had increased significantly, I refused to cancel and asked them to honor my reservation. They eventually accommodated me. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was very poor, with only bread and jam available. When I asked for other items, the staff simply said they had finished, even though breakfast had started only about 15 minutes earlier. The staff were also not responsive or helpful. Overall, while the property’s location is good, the poor customer service and disappointing breakfast made my stay unsatisfactory. I would not choose to stay here again.

I booked this property around 15 days in advance. Four days before my arrival, the hotel called and informed me that they could not accommodate my booking due to an issue with the washroom. They asked me to cancel the reservation and book another hotel. However, since it was during the Eid holidays, hotel prices had increased significantly. I also noticed that the room at this property was still available on Booking.com at a much higher price, so I felt they were asking me to cancel so they could resell the room at a higher rate. I refused to cancel and insisted that they honor my confirmed reservation. Eventually, they agreed and accommodated me. The location of the property was good, but the breakfast was extremely disappointing and not worth it. There were only bread and jam available, with almost no variety. When I asked for other breakfast items, the staff did not respond properly and simply said they had already finished, even though breakfast had started only about 15 minutes earlier. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. Poor customer service, an attempt to cancel a confirmed booking, and an inadequate breakfast made my stay unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this property.
