The apartment is very conveniently located, has great facilities and was perfect for our trip with 4 adults. Luca, the proprietor, was very helpful and attentive.
The shower and bathrooms were a bit tired and could do with a revamp.

Great location - you can see the rear walls of Vatican City from the front balcony. Very near Roma San Pietro train station. Fast replies to messages. Comfortable beds. Nice cafe nearby and nearby ristorante ‘Al Cupolone’ (with views of San Pietro) is good with friendly staff. Also a nearby baker.
It needs some updating. The shower head hose in the main bathroom is too short to hang on the hook when having a shower. Front door lock needs updating. No instructions for the flat other than not to make noise. They don’t tell you that there is a buzzer to open the front door downstairs.
