The location (a block from the train station, very close to the Montenvers station, walking distance to the funicular station for Mont Blanc and to the Tourist info center, close to many eateries), the 2 bathrooms, the washer, the reasonable price, and the owner Anna’s friendliness and helpfulness.
No hooks to hang things in the bathrooms and bedrooms; no shelves to put any toiletries in the showers.
