Lake view, sandy beach, pontoon, paddle board, kayaks!
Puoi avere tutto: LAGO, sentieri ORV, una casa mozzafiato e, soprattutto, puoi portare i tuoi bambini con la pelliccia (solo cani). Questo unico 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno di casa si trova sul fondo sabbioso di Little Island Lake ed è inferiore a 0. 5 miglia dalle piste ORV (Sand Lake ORV Trailhead). Inoltre, la nostra cabina si trova a circa 10 minuti da Corsair Trails, per escursioni e piste per lo sci di fondo. A soli 20 minuti dal Red Hawk Golf Club di East Tawas. Goditi la pace e la tranquillità di questa casa sul lungolago mentre ti siedi sul ponte e ti godi il caffè del mattino. Il ponte sul lago ha anche un tavolo da patio e grill a gas, che ti permette di goderti delle belle serate estive con la famiglia e gli amici. Little Island Lake è poco profondo con un fondo sabbioso. Abbiamo una grande spiaggia sabbiosa, perfetta per rilassarsi o guardare i tuoi bambini a costruire il castello di sabbia (il giocattolo di sabbia è incluso). Il noleggio include l'uso di barche a remi, kayak (2) e tavole da paddle (2). Inoltre, la casa dispone di aria condizionata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, pentole, padelle, piatti, ciotole, tazze, posate, frullatore, padella elettrica, utensili per la misurazione e include lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno. Max di 10 persone (esclusi i bambini di età inferiore a 1 anno). Ci sono un sacco di opzioni per dormire con 2 camere da letto al livello principale (1 con letto matrimoniale, 1 con letto pieno) e un ampio soppalco (2 letti queen size, 3 letti singoli e un futon full size). C'è anche un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno. La nostra casa si trova a circa 15 minuti da Tawas / Lago Huron (spiagge e parchi) ed è a meno di 3 ore da Detroit. TV via cavo e Wi-Fi inclusi. Presto avremo un molo e una buca per il fuoco. Il prossimo fine settimana faremo più lavoro di cantiere con le foto aggiornate a venire. Al momento ho il nostro set per la casa che effettui il check-in il venerdì e il check-out il venerdì, tuttavia se sei interessato a un noleggio di 3-7 notti a partire da venerdì, ti prego di inviarmi messaggi poiché questo è il nostro primo anno siamo flessibili sul numero di notti che desideri soggiornare.

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it enough to do it again. We love the spaciousness and that our dog has a comfortable setting. Any time I needed assistance, the situation was handled without incident. Great communication!

The place was perfect! It was very clean and had just about anything you need. The lake was just right for the kids. They loved the boat, kayaks and paddle boards. I think the highlights for the boys were fishing off the dock and the pontoon. We all had a great time. I would definitely go back!

The house was very nice, was pretty clean in general. Washer & dryer was nice to have did lots of laundry! Tried to have all the sheets & blankets done on check out day but with early check out time wasn’t able to did leave 1 load in washer & 1 in dryer. Loft upstairs was huge could easily be 2 rooms but it worked as is for the kids & their 20 something aunt. Sandy beach was nice, water well… we go up north to swim, float, etc but the sandy bottom was covered in brownish algae? Cleared it up a bit with a lot of raking but there was also seaweed at end of dock. Lake depth is under 8 feet (yes total) didn’t see sand bottom anywhere on our pontoon rides all black. Was great having the pontoon (weekly rate great too) Lots of atv action flying up & down the street we brought a small 4 wheeler & mini bike which we only used the first weekend. The trails were a 1/2 mile away & more for larger vehicles but the kids still had fun checking it out. There is a large grassy area next to the cottage which we assumed was part of the property since the neighbors had a small fence dividing their property from it the kids did ride up it to the street & though I was right there the neighbors called the owner to complain instead of talking to me. We only used the driveway after. Nice they allow pets our shepherd enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock. on our pontoon rides.
