Silver Coral si affaccia sul lato ovest di St. Giovanni con vista mozzafiato su St. Tommaso. Tramonti meravigliosi! A soli 5 minuti di auto da Cruz Bay.
L'intero posto è stato sventrato e ricostruito. Tutto è nuovo, inclusa la piscina. Ma la bellissima St. originale Resti della pietra di John. La casa principale ha una pianta aperta. La cucina dello chef è un'enorme isola e tutti i comfort per un pasto di 6 portate. Un piccolo ufficio è da un lato e il soggiorno e la grande sala da pranzo sono dall'altro lato della cucina. Le doppie porte francesi nel soggiorno si aprono su un ponte 16 x 40 che ha ringhiere in vetro, quindi la vista non è bloccata. La sala da pranzo è circondata da grandi finestre. Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni al piano principale e due camere da letto e un bagno al piano superiore. Come bonus, c'è una grande camera familiare al piano superiore.
Smart TV / BlueRay in ogni camera da letto più salotti e camera familiare.
AC in ogni stanza con controlli di temperatura individuali.
BeautyRest Materassi neri. Oltre 600 lenzuola per il conteggio dei fili.
Kurig e normale caffettiera. Panini maker, grande padella elettrica, pentole e padelle Cephalon, coltelli Henkel. Portavini. (ottieni l'immagine.)

The house is as advertised. We had 5 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 7, and 3), and the house was perfect. Plenty of space to spread-out. Note, the pool is beautiful but is 5' deep...it has a couple of helpful ledges though. In terms of location, it is about a 7-minute drive from Cruz Bay. Because of the hills and lack of sidewalks, you would not want to walk it. Overall, we highly recommend the house for a family.

This home was absolutely perfect!! I can’t say enough nice things about it. To start, the host and property manager were very communicative, making for a smooth check in after a long day. The house was incredibly clean and pristine looking, even better than the photos! The kitchen was very well equipped with any equipment needed to cook and enjoy a meal as you watched the sunset! The bedrooms were comfortable and charming making for a great resting spot after a day of snorkeling and spending time in the sun. The property also has great convenience in terms of location to downtown Cruz Bay for shopping, dining, and getting anything you need for your stay. I would 10/10 recommend and look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at this villa in St. John and had an overall good experience, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and linens, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the toiletries in each bathroom and the condiments in the fridge – thoughtful touches that made us feel at home.The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches, which made our trip even more enjoyable.However, there were a few things that could have been better. The pool toys and beach gear provided were in poor condition – many of them were filthy and not usable. We also noticed some trash and garbage near the side of the house, including cans and discarded beach chairs, which detracted from the otherwise clean surroundings.Additionally, the grill did not work, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to cooking outdoors. The TV remotes also needed new batteries, which made it a bit frustrating to use the entertainment system.Overall, this villa has a lot of potential and with a little attention to maintenance and cleanliness of the outdoor items, it could be a fantastic spot for future vacations.
