Room, great staff and fantastic location everything close by.

I liked the location above all. It's on walking distance of the national stadium, it has a lovely park right beside it.
The staff is very kind too, always ready to help.
The infrastructure of the room was a bit left behind, and the celling paint on the bathroom was falling apart.
Also, the tv on our room can only play netflix and cable.

booking worked smoothly. Room was satisfactory, good shower. Plaza Nunoa has a good range of bars and restaurants for lunch/evening food, and not far to nearest Metro station
With the best of intentions, rooms at the front of the hotel overlook a busy and noisy road. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but I'd either forgotten or not realised that virtually none of the food outlets in the neighbourhood open before at least 1000, and most later than that. The only one open at 0900 appears to be Felippe ice cream parlour, which is very close, which does offer coffee and breakfast croissants
