Beautiful location… Goldcrest 3 was nicely situated within the park and overlooked the woodland.
The property was a good size for our party of three adults and two young children.
Bedding and towels were clean and fresh.
Pretty woodland walks.
Front gate latch broken, outside seats dirty, glass table shabby and rusty.
Wall mounted cigarette bin on decking area was full and stinky.
Unkempt exterior of lodge/ dirty.
Front door very stiff to open.
Porch entrance light cracked and full of flies.
Kitchen- extractor /light broken. Glasses filthy and unwashed. Mish mash of cutlery and bowls. No scissors.
Very little washing up liquid ( was advertised as available).
Loose screw in floor to bathroom , door sticking and uneasy to open.
Spa bath not working.
Lights on the woodland/ tree walk in evening not lit.
