The renovation is very nice and all of the appliances and fixtures in the apartment work well. Appreciate the happy atmosphere, and the easy access to the apartment.
Scheduled to arrive at 1:30, apartment was not ready and was not contacted by the host in advance so that I could adjust my time schedule. Ended up sitting on my hands for an hour waiting for access. While a new apartment, air conditioning needs some adjustment, and there should be some instructions for television. Also listing should emphasize how small the apartment is, better for single person or intimate couple.
