The staff hospitality, location accessibility and the excellent ambience of the room. The WIFI connectivity was fair. It is a nice place overall.
The WIFI strength can be improved.

The location was good
The fact that breakfast was not available especially being a bed and breakfast

The bed was very comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. I also really appreciated the kind nature of the man at the front desk who was in for the night shift.
They gave me a really small room, that was ideally the DSQ. I had to repeatedly ask for a shower curtain but didn't get one. I wasn't too happy that there weren't breakfast options in the morning - even if I was going to pay.

Location and staff
Bed very hard. Quite uncomfortable. Should replace beds with comfortable mattresses

"I like the quietness of the neighbors, the spacious and well layout room, hot showers and well ventilated ac room. Laundry was available on property and staff cleaned room every day while I was out."
