A soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Zenia Boulevard ea soli 10 minuti dalla splendida spiaggia di La Zenia.
Bellissimo appartamento al piano terra nel famoso complesso del Secreto de La Zenia, composto da otto edifici, per un totale di 56 case. L'appartamento 2016 ha due camere da letto e due bagni, cucina ben attrezzata e lavanderia con lavatrice. 4 posti letto + culla. L'ampia e spaziosa terrazza si affaccia sulla piscina e sull'area comune. Se hai un'auto a noleggio, c'è un parcheggio privato nella zona.
Il complesso è recintato e l'accesso è possibile solo tramite cancelli a codice. C'è una piscina comunale con una sezione separata per i bambini. È adattato anche per le persone con mobilità ridotta. L'area intorno alla piscina è di 800 mq con prato naturale e alberi che ombreggiano il sole e due vasche idromassaggio riscaldate con posti a sedere per 6/8 persone ciascuna. In piscina ci sono docce all'aperto e una sauna finlandese con servizi igienici e docce interne. C'è anche un parco giochi per bambini e un'area di attrezzature biomeccaniche per chi ama fare attività fisica.

This apartment has everything you need. The location is absolutely perfect, you have everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants - even the beach is a 10-15 stroll. We didn't hire a car and that was not a problem at all for a week. It made us really enjoy the location and what was nearby. We recommend a fantastic Chinese down the main avenue off La Zenia Boulevard, called Zenia Garden. The apartment is in a lovely, secure complex, without too many other apartments compared to other holiday complexes around here. The pool is just off the garden gate, which is very handy. Great kitchen area, TV offers a variety of world channels, and the terrace is very welcoming at any point of the day, with the sun always somewhere, but also shaded areas. Beds are comfy, showers are powerful, aircon works very well.Communication with Tom and his "helpers" was faultless from the first contact, and transfer from and to Alicante airports was sorted for us. We have a child with some physical and mental needs and he has managed to let us know that this had been the best holiday ever. We both concur and will be asking Tom to return next year. Our second stay here after loving it so much the first time. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and 2 children, apartment lovely just like last year. Would recommend some lamps in the main bedrooms and perhaps a longer mirror in the main bedroom if I was to be picky. Our air con didn’t seem to work properly after the first day but key holder arrived straight away and fixed the problem, lovely and cool the rest of our stay. Pool area is fantastic, quiet and clean - even the pool toilets are spotless! Another perfect family holiday 10/10 so sad to be home we will definitely be back!

Super luxury bungalow in an excellent location. Within 5 mins walk to La zenia Boulevard, 10mins to beach and right next to a mercadona.The beds were super comfy. I have a bad back and have problems staying away but the quality of the beds were so good I had no back pain.Tom was extremely accommodating with our early check in time and providing a baby bath and cot.I would stay here again in a flash. Excellent.
