Fantastic place with wonderful views over Wengen and the alps, and plenty of space. Nice and quiet at night. Good fans in the bedroom which was almost a must-have given how hot it was in Switzerland in late June. Easy to get to from the train station, only a walk of a few minutes. Easy to get hold of and return the keys, and helpful office staff.

I'd like to have seen some food basics included - it's not budget accommodation, so to not even have milk or a few coffee pods included was a little disheartening. We also found that the underfloor heating in the bathrooms, which I'm sure would be great in winter, couldn't be turned off (or at least, we couldn't figure out how to turn them off) so they were acting to heat up an apartment we were trying to cool down. We ended up just keeping the doors closed to the bathrooms which helped a little.

-Clean and comfortable -Good location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and supermarket -Most cooking equipments available

-No microwave oven (The existing kitchen equipments are already great, but an additional microwave oven would make cooking easy meal much easier.)

It is a very comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment. Excellent choice for families. It's kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook. You feel like home! Also, it is three minutes from the station and the city center. It is highly recommended! Hope to go again soon!

Excellent location close to station and town centre. Beautiful modern apartment with large living area, kitchen, bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very good laundry facilities inside the apartment. Great view of the valley towards Mürren and Jungfraujoch from large balcony. We spent a whole week there which allowed us to explore most corners of the Jungfrau region. Wengen is a very good launch point as it is fairly central to the other beautiful towns, mountains and hiking areas in the region.
