Lussuoso appartamento di 2 camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato e completamente arredato nel prestigioso Palazzo Falier del XIV secolo. Affacciato sul Canal Grande, la via d'acqua più affascinante della città, questo appartamento offre ai suoi ospiti la migliore atmosfera veneziana con i comfort di un grazioso appartamento interamente ristrutturato in stile veneziano. Le due camere da letto, entrambe con letto matrimoniale e una con un divano letto extra, si affacciano sul tranquillo e silenzioso canale laterale Rio del Duca; due eleganti bagni decorati con mosaico veneziano in vetro, una cucina attrezzata con vista su un piccolo giardino e un incantevole soggiorno finemente decorato con due finestre sul Canal Grande e un ampio panorama che va dal Ponte dell'Accademia a Palazzo Rezzonico.
L'accesso all'appartamento avviene attraverso l'ingresso monumentale di Palazzo Falier, uno dei palazzi veneziani più belli e meglio conservati; da lì si può arrivare in Campo Santo Stefano in 1 minuto, a Palazzo Grassi - Fondazione Pinault, Gallerie dell'Accademia, Palazzo Franchetti, Palazzo Pisani Conservatorio di Venezia, Chiesa di Santo Stefano, Teatro La Fenice ... e naturalmente Piazza San Marco, il tutto in pochi minuti a piedi.

The apartment is beautifully appointed. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen soft. We loved being on the Grand Canal and waking up to the sounds of the waves and boats going past. The location is really useful for everything you’d want to see in Venice and the local shops and restaurants are great. We loved our stay and would come again.

This was a wonderful location, almost next door to Academy Bridge. Very central to everything in Venice, walking distance or a convenient vaporetto stop around the corner.
Giovani was a great help when my friend got sick and had to go the hospital. Other than that, it was a lovely experience staying here. And you are sitting right on the Grand Canal watching the world go by.

We took a private water taxi from and to the train station, other than that we walked everywhere! Well situated with 2 minute walk to Accademia bridge and local square offering many restaurants and coffee bars. 20 minutes slow walk to St. Mark’s.
Apartment was smaller, but had everything we needed. Easy check in and out and easy communication with owner. We really appreciated the quiet location as we didn’t hear any late night Grande Canal noise on a Saturday night. Highly recommend!

This lovely Palazzo will always be foremost in my mind when I think of Venice. It was so nice to open the windows drink some Italian wine and watch the boats go by on the grand canal. The apartment had everything we needed and it was close to restaurants and shopping. Early morning it was a five minute walk to a shop that sold good coffee and tasty pastries. I just wish they had a memory foam mattress pad. The beds were incredibly firm.

We spent a very enjoyable week in this wonderfully located, well equipped and well-presented apartment in a truly stunning historic Palazzo on the Grand Canal. Strongly recommended.

This home is right on the main canal and an absolute awesome location. The house was perfect and lovely. Only complaint was the rock hard beds. Perhaps this is customary for Italian homes, but we sure missed our bed after a couple nights.

This was our second time staying in this lovely and well located apartment. Views from the living room are mesmerizing—like being on a houseboat with all the other boats going by. It’s also a short walk or vaporetto ride from every place we wanted to go.

We loved this spot. Took a water taxi right to the dock at the building. Inside had all the conviences we needed, comfortable beds and wonderful canal view. Able to walk to all major sites and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Orial was great welcoming us and making sure we knew how to use appliances and where everything was. I hope we get to come back some day!

Easy walk to neighborhood shopping and restaurants. Greeted at the door upon arrival and our host arranged a water taxi to airport when we left.

Great location on the grand canal. Bathrooms and bedrooms are great. Small kitchen, but didn’t need to use it anyway. Love being able to look out windows and see the water and boat traffic.

This apartment is in a wonderful location. Awesome views of the Grand Canal plus it has its own taxi stop. Lots to see happening on the Grand Canal. It’s also very close to 2 Vaporetto (water bus/taxi) stops. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Venice again.

This is a great place to stay right on the Grand Canal. We arrived by water taxi to their private dock. There are also vaporetto stops close by.The location is ideal for seeing the sites. Close by L’Accademia bridge so you can easily get to Dorsoduro. Piazza San Marco is a quick walk away. You can enjoy your morning coffee watching the activities on the canal right out the living room window. Bedrooms face the Rio del Duca so it is quiet for sleeping. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Venice.

This home was beautiful, better than expected. Since it was our first time in Venice did not know what to expect but Giovanni made it simple. We loved the neighborhood, a bit more reserve and less crowded but close to everywhere you would want to go. We would go back right away if we could. I would highly recommend this one!

This gem of an apartment was more than I expected it to be. Pictures display it perfectly. Everything was very simple once we arrived and met with Orial on the dock after our private taxi from the train station. The apartment was very well stocked and exceptionally clean. The apartment is perfectly situated in a wonderful area and close to many shops and restaurants. Although we didn’t have access to the dock we had a wonderful sitting area in the living room where we watched the boats go by all day. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - it was a magical little gem.

Family Trip to Venice
We loved the location of this property on the canal and found it perfect for our family. The air-conditioning worked great, which is usually a hot-button for our family. Check-in was smooth and we had absolutely no complaints!

Late check in was additional cost
Our trains were delayed putting us in Venice at 8:30 pm. We were charged an additional 50 Euro for a late checkin. Factor this in if you choose this property.
It also had linen for one bed left in the washer (we were unsure if it was clean or dirty) so had one night without sheets on one bed.

Perfect location in Venice
This is an excellent property. It’s located 3 mins from Accademia bridge and Vaporetto stop and an easy walk to the teeming St Marks square or Rialto or the more tranquil Dorsoduro. The apartment is air conditioned and well equipped for those who would like to cook light meals. All in I would thoroughly recommend it.

Everything about our stay was positive. From the communication with the owner to the ease of check-in and checkout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has a fabulous location. We look forward to hopefully staying again but for a much longer stay.

There is lovely veranda facing Grand Canal to watch the traffic, people, and Venice, having a glass of wine but is prohibited from using. So the location on the Grand canal is just misleading without the ability to have an access to it. They mention it someplace in the house rules, but that's too little too late.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved the location and truly enjoyed watching the boats on the Grand Canal go by and listening to the water. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all you would need for coffee or making meals. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing stay at Palazzo Falier!
Believe the reviews! Giovanni hosts an amazing property right on the Grand Canale. We loved our stay here and would book it again in a heartbeat if it’s available the next time we’re in Venezia! Plenty of space for 4 people, awesome view out the sitting room windows of the Grand Canale but still quiet at night. Great check in process with Orial. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Amazing Stay in Venice
The property was wonderful with beautiful views of the Grand Canal! We can’t thank Orial enough for all of his help when three of our luggage was lost by airlines and he was constantly updating us when they called him to let us know when it would be delivered. He also was so kind to rearrange his schedule to check us in when our flights were delayed by 5 hours. Communication with him was absolutely amazing and so prompt which is so helpful when you are from another country. Thank you again! Everything else about our stay here went smoothly and the place has some cool history as well.
