Situato appena fuori dal patio e posto auto coperto della "Main House" dell'ospite, questo "Garden" Guest Cottage è situato su 1. 7 acri di proprietà recintata / recintata nel quartiere storico Sterling Grove vicino al centro (a 3 isolati) Lafayette. Accogliente, arredata con gusto e pratico, questo cottage (centrale AC / Heat) dispone di 3 camere da letto e un bagno (solo doccia), spazio den con tavolo posti a sedere per 4 (sedie supplementari disponibili) e divano letto queen size parziale rivestito, cucina della cucina completamente attrezzata ( con pentole, utensili / spezie / oli essenziali / foil ecc.), lavatrice / asciugatrice / ferro da stiro, Wifi ad alta velocità, 4 TV (3 Smart), XBOX 360, sistema di allarme separato. Disponibile parcheggio fuori strada coperto per un veicolo (lo spazio aggiuntivo è disponibile ma non coperto). Gli ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare il patio con grill situato tra il cottage e la casa principale, nonché i due obiettivi di basket appena fuori dal posto auto coperto e dal tavolo da ping pong all'aperto. Precedentemente uno studio d'artista rustico per il precedente proprietario, questo cottage, sebbene non di per sé storico, complimenta la casa principale del 1901, che è elencata nel registro storico nazionale, ed è stata modificata per ospitare idealmente fino a 6 persone e 8 se si utilizza il divano letto in den.

This house is fabulous, from the grounds to the pool to the furnishings. It easily accommodated 11 of us (we also rented the cottage) and was, surprisingly, very quiet. It is an older house, but has been beautifully updated. Bathroom counter space was a challenge and some of the tubs (claw foot) required stepping up, but there is a walk in shower in the master so it was all good. We stayed with 9 folks and two of them being kiddos 1 & 3! It was an absolutely lovely home. We felt safe while staying here. We had the house and cottage and both were so well decorated with plenty of amenities. Plenty of toys to keep kids busy. My daughter was in heaven with all the American Girl doll toys.
There was plenty of space plus some for our families. The house is well decorated and well equipped. We didn’t want for anything. Unfortunately due to rain we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful pool or sitting areas outside. Ashley was a wonderful attentive host.

We were in town for our niece's wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! We were just minutes away from all of the festivities. Ashley is a wonderful host and made everything so easy. Will be staying here again when we come to Lafayette.

This property is absolutely gorgeous!! Ashley is an outstanding hostess! We rented the property for my daughter”s wedding weekend. The cottage was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We also rented the big house which was also on the property. The experience was just wonderful Ashley greeted us with a huge smile and a beautiful charcuterie board which we all enjoyed along with some wine. I would definitely recommend this property for a family gathering. I hope to visit this beautiful property again. The hostess is just amazing!
