Clean, easy accessible to the beach, nice location as it is in the middle of center, surrounded by so many restaurants and facilities
It was not a beach view apt as it was introduced & would have been great if they provide microwave!

got a a little bit smell from the sink, overall is very good.

The staff is good and helpful. They will do everything to make your stay pleasant. They have 3 apartments, we stayed in the one on 14th floor which had 2 washrooms (the other one next to it has only one) Appliances were in working condition.
The apartments need some maintenance. Maybe that will happen once people start staying here as they were badly hit by covid. The building is in a Korean complex so slight fish smell in some of the corridors of the building but not a deal breaker.

Good location. Beach is walkable and plenty of eateries around. Host were reachable all times and they attend to your needs immediately.
Door keys are a bit worned out or need replacement. If you are carrying big luggages - getting in to the entrance may be difficult
