The keys and a detailed set of instructions were given by Carina personally and she was super helpful. The appartment location sets it apart as it's located right in the center and you have accessibility to bus stand, resturants, marina etc.

Sehr hübsche und komfortable Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral. Waschmaschine. Zwei Balkone.

Great kitchen with everything you would need and two balconies. Central convenient location, lift access to top floor. Soft linen. Clean
Sofa bed not fit for purpose, extremely uncomfortable with no back support and you can feel every spring. As a family of three, to each have our own room (double, tiny single and living room) my mother had to sleep on top of sofa instead. Not enough bedding for three supplied, we had to request duvet but it was organised very quickly.
Pillows lumpy and shower not great, no plug for a bath. No toiletries like shampoo included, only body and wash soap
