The property was excellent but you would want to be fit as we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and it was a job getting our suitcases up there The room was well worth the climb with views over the beach for miles and from so many windows even the bathroom . i took so many photos Sunrise Blood moon rise with reflections over the water . Staff were friendly and you could get meals in the restrant which was too pricey 12 euro for continental No cooked breakfast and no cafe nearby. but trams could get you to the town of el campo and there was a bus that could take you to the marina where there was lots of bars and restraints. we had a lovely time there on the fabulous beach and caught up with family who were on holiday there in an apartment further along the beach. all in all a great trip and many happy memories

Superb location and such a lovely place to stay. I loved the rooms. The staff is super nice too. I will definitely return. Breakfast is lovely and you can have dinner in the evenings too.
Like most older hotels, you can hear the guests in the next room but I had no issues sleeping nonetheless. Its nice and quiet at night. One thing that would be amazing is a little kettle in the room with some bags of coffees and teas.

The location is fabulous, the staff very friendly, everything spotless clean, the price is unbeatable! On top it is quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep after walking on the beach, swimming in the pool. We went to a Jazz concert by tram to avoid driving- just perfect!

Great beachfront location with tram stop right out the front. Staff very friendly. Clean and modern room with comfortable bed and linen.
Tea, coffee and hair dryers in the room would make for a more comfortable stay.

Hotel is well placed, just across the street is a beautiful beach where you can use rent sunbeds or use your stuff. It's well connected with local transport as well, in 20 minutes you are in Alicante city center. Stuff is super polite and kind, both on reception and in restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend for a summer getaway :)
There's not much variety for breakfast. AC should be available in all rooms.

The location was nice, right next to the tram stop. Right next to the beach.

Was a little hard to communicate in english. The waiter at the restaurant didn't speak any so we didn't eat at it.

The breakfast is limited, there is not internet in the rooms, the quality of beds are not good. Some staff of the restaurant were not nice

Some staff where rude started ordering a drink whilst waiting for my room to be cleaned which it had been then told l couldn’t because l wasn’t all inclusive even though I’d already purchased one!

The property was in a great location for the beach and the trams.
Everything was great although it would have been much better with air conditioning. Our room was very hot!
