breakfast is OK although second day it was ala carte. Nice location , You can get buses in front of hotel. facilities are OK. Pool is not private.

clogging of water in from of the WC from the water coming from bath area as there is no separator which makes uncomfortable to sit at WC with your feet on water. rest is ok . Kettle was not auto stop upon heating .

Beautiful dining and Pool area, you can see monkeys in the trees around the hotel! We loved the massive room with four póster bed, very comfortable, useful fridge in room, big balcóny, food available for most of the day

Our room was below the rooftop gym which is quite noisy during the day (we didn’t mind much but if you sleep during the day and are sensitive to noise keep this in mind)

They pretended to not have a card reader so we would have to use cash and asked us to walk to the atm which would be difficult given 39 degrees and interest paid of a cash withdrawal in a foreign country. When we pressured them they did pull out the card reader which was hidden under the desk. Card reader didn’t work so had to go to a different business to use theirs. Very bad customer service. It’s on the business to make payment accessible and stress free which they did not do Other instances was that there power failed so we weren’t able to eat and charge devices.which effected the rest of the day. The music in the restaurant was annoying as it was very clearly ai generated. The tv in the hotel room was very difficult to use and outdated. This let the beautiful country of India down🇮🇳💔
