Die FeWo liegt recht zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants und der Markthalle, es gibt aber keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung. Zum weitläufigen Sandstrand sind es nur ca. 200 Meter. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es gleich in der Nähe, auch Parken ist in der Regel kein Problem.

Unten ist die Küche, eine Treppe darüber dann das Schlafzimmer. Man findet hier nicht unbedingt einen bequemem Sitzplatz.

Limpio, bien situado, cómodo, equipado.

Hay un negocio al lado que provoca un ruido sordo y continuo a hora intempestivas. Probablemente los hornos o equipamiento de una panadería en el bajo vecino. Al ser vibraciones y ruido sordo se oye pese al aislamiento de las ventanas. Ruido hasta incluso las 24 horas y empezando a las 7:00. Tiene dos butacas muy incómodas.

There are 4 apartments in the building which is above a cafe. The apartment is quiet even though located above the cafe and opposite the market. We stayed in O’Palheiro apartment. The location on the lagoon side of Costa Nova is perfect. Well within walking distance of all restaurants and also the beach. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The larger room has a glass open plan bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have a small balcony with table and chairs. The larger room balcony is accessed through the bathroom. The lounge/kitchen area is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and large dining table and 2 chairs in the lounge area. There is a shared terrace area at the rear of the property accessible from the lounge with sun loungers. Communication was excellent and the apartment is great value for the location.

The lounge area is not too comfortable so we spent most time upstairs. This did not affect our stay as we were out most of the time enjoying the beautiful weather. The glass bathroom layout is unusual but we didn’t mind this as there are other bathrooms to use. The terrace at the rear has extractors from the cafe kitchen below with strong smells from the ovens.

Great location and facilities

Double bed was small, patio small and only one pillow each despite asking for 2 more - there were no more pillows!
