The place seems to be out of comfort zone.. The privacy is in high risk overthere

Breakfast was ordered from a shop outside, it was tasty and quantity was sufficient. Courteous & friendly front office staffs. Helped me sort out my food, travel & river rafting.

Intercoms were not working, so had to come out every time if I have to speak to the front office.

Extremely uncomfortable bed!! I mean that’s the most important thing at the end of the day. No light bulb over bathroom sink. TV not working in room 203

Room only

Lift was not working. Kitchen was not so clean. Kettle is not available.

Room was spacious with 1 king size and a single size bed, had booked the room for 3.

Not even a single bottle of water was provided and we had to buy drinking water. Wifi or TV did not work properly. I initially booked room including breakfast however we left early and did not go for breakfast as we left by 630, asked the staff to make adjustments they were not ready to make adjustments or give any discount for the same.

Hotel allowed us to park our car for 3 days while we had gone to Badrinath.

Staff behaviour, they should be properly dressed in uniform. They should also be trained to promptly response to need of guest. They could also provide better soap and other things in bathroom.
