Quintessential Ocean Block Family Retreat situato in "The Pines". Aggiornamenti recenti con un bel decor, pavimenti in legno rifinito e circa 4475 piedi quadrati. Questa casa offre 7BR, 5BA, posti letto per 14 persone, area di intrattenimento con biliardino, salotto esterno con focolare perfetto per s'mores, doccia esterna e attrezzatura da spiaggia disponibile per i nostri ospiti.
Grande camera da letto di livello inferiore, enorme cucina gourmet adatta a qualsiasi cuoco con doppi forni, due frigoriferi, ripiani in granito, isola enorme, più aree salotto per intrattenere o tempo tranquillo, tre camini in muratura (2 gas / 1 legno) e sala da pranzo formale . Un sacco di parcheggio privato, doccia esterna, grill propano e patio laterale per ulteriore seduta esterna.
Casa perfetta per più generazioni con una suite privata con letto king size, angolo cottura e soggiorno con TV a ghiaione piatta (chiamare per maggiori dettagli).
Posizione fantastica - ocean block e solo 4 isolati all'estremità nord del lungomare. Ci sono così tante attività a Rehoboth Beach; noleggiate alcune biciclette per un piacevole giro in bicicletta sul sentiero Junction e Breakwater, godetevi il Jolly Trolley per la cena a Dewey Beach, i numerosi parchi per bambini offerti al pubblico e non dimenticate lo shopping esentasse presso i Tanger Outlets.

Perfect for big groups! This is our second year staying here as a group of 12 and everyone fits comfortably. The home is nicely kept and the rooms are all spacious.

When we walked in the house it smelled mildewy/musty (we thought perhaps because it had been closed up), but we did a drive by a week before to take a look from the outside and the house was occupied... not sure what it was. We sprayed and wiped down the bathrooms, kitchen, and opened as many windows as we could. The kitchen is large, the refrigerators and bathrooms appeared clean. The backyard, okay, but the potted plants looked unattended (I guess after the summer the owners/realtors don't think it is necessary to keep up outside appearances although they are still renting the property. Beautiful location, walking distance to the beach and the downtown Rehoboth Beach area. The windows were dirty (a pet peeve of mine). The bedroom/kitchenette over the garage was nice, but again the entire home has an odd smell. The toilets could be updated - very low to the floor (12 adults ages 50-69) we are used to high toilet seats - LOL. Some of the furniture needs repairing or replacing - holes in the furniture. For the 2022 season, they should purchase a new fire pit (it's rusted and the screen full of holes - it should have been thrown in the garbage). It wasn't unbearable, but I probably wouldn't rent this location again... it served the purpose for the 4 nights we were there.
