La spiaggia è a 180 passi attraverso la passerella che è proprio fuori dalla porta. La linea di tram di Gulf Blvd è un mezzo isolato dalla casa. House è dotata di una grande TV in salotto e WIFI gratuito. Rock Lobster si trova nella città di Treasure Island ed è a meno di un miglio dalla famosa zona dello shopping e dei ristoranti di Johns Pass, dove è possibile acquistare, mangiare, divertirsi, guardare i delfini o persino noleggiare moto d'acqua! We had a great time staying in this little cottage. It was clean and perfect for our stay. You can hear neighbors in the adjacent cottage but we weren't there for long periods of time. The fridge/freezer is small but we just planned on going to the store a couple times. The smoke alarm went off while making toast. Moved the toaster to the screen porch to resolve. Bed was nice. The couch wasn't very comfortable but again we weren't there most of the time. I would stay here again if we're back in the area. Overall 5 rating. The small things I mentioned are typical of anywhere you stay.

The location was perfect. The bed was very uncomfortable. The futon couch was horrible. It was so small there was no place to put anything anywhere. Other than the location, the cleanliness and the person we were in contact with everything else wasn't worth it. Will not stay again.

We loved the property and had a great time. A few suggestions - somewhere to rinse the sand off outside, hooks outside to hang wet items when coming back from the beach. The plastic piece that covered the water well on the coffee pot was broken but we managed to use it. There were only 4 bath towels for the two of use to use during our week there, more towels would have been nice. I was able to get more from the staff cleaning the property next door. The tree was overgrown on the property and made it hard to navigate the path with our luggage.

We had a great time visiting this cozy cottage. Great beach access as well close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Great for two people! It has a small fridge and outdoor lighting was not working. I contacted via email about the lights, to which I had received no response. However, we would definitely stay there again!

This cottage was small but very clean! The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on in the evening and the TV was a little difficult to figure out for elderly but very nice place.

My favorite place to stay at the beach

This was a cozy lil cottage that was just what we wanted. Great location. 30 secs from the beach was great. We spent every day there. Shopping and dining were just 10-15 min walk away w everything u needed. Cottage had everything we needed. Only downfall was a dorm fridge instead of full sized. Tough to get groceries for the week. Overall it was a fantastic stay w great location.

We enjoyed the stay and loved how close we were to the beach.
We are older and it would have been nice to have access to some decent beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to drag the Adirondack chairs from the property to the beach. Overall though our Treasure Island stay was great!

Great time on Treasure Island
Nice little beach house. We had everything we needed. The refrigerator is small and challenging, but we managed with a cooler for some items. Walking distance to activities. Beautiful sunsets!

Had to leave!
My wife and I booked a two day stay. It was hot inside but we thought that was just poor insulation we discovered the next day it was because both windows were left open prior to our arrival. We went inside to close the windows and they would not budge. We were not comfortable sleeping there another night knowing our belongings were not safe let alone close our eyes at night knowing the windows were open in such a busy part of town! We had to pack our things at 9:00 at night to head back home because there was no where to stay. Called the property manager and all they did was refund us for the one night that we refused to stay. This cut our vacation short and we were charged the full cleaning fee/ booking fee. Did not feel safe. Neighbors are too close for comfort. Not happy. I hope the windows are fixed for the people who book this in the future.

Amazing location, but extremely thin walls
This property is located at the entrance to the beach. It is a perfect, quiet neighborhood that is in easy walking distance to restaurants, an ice cream shop and lots of shopping. The only downside to the bungalow is it has extremely thin walls. We heard EVERYTHING that the family in other apartment said and we could SMELL everything they cooked. Overall, this place is really great, but some insulation would really go a long way!

Rock Lobster #2 was perfect for the two of us. Small but all we needed for a beach vacation! The door separating the two units was not enough as we could hear every word, but we didn't spend much time indoors anyway. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable! We were close enough to walk to restaurants and shops and we saw dolphins daily on the way to and from dinner. The beach was a very easy walk 1 minute! Very beautiful beach! We highly recommend! Only two things I wished for....a washer and dryer and no connecting door between units. Otherwise, perfect!

Tiny ocean cottage
The cottage is much what it appears on the listing. Clean and stocked with what you would need to cook, shower and sleep. The location is splendid. There's a boardwalk that begins right outside the cottage door. The parking spot was clutch. The only downside was that the door between the kitchen/living room and the adjacent space doesn't provide any sound proofing, so we could talk to the people next to us through the wall. Luckily, with the bedroom door closed, the sleeping area was not too loud. A great place to stay if you're looking to beach and explore, less so for spending lots of time in the space or for people who don't want to hear your neighbors. Also, I messaged the property company on VRBO and never heard back, sooo there's that. It wasn't an emergency, but a reply would have been appreciated.

The place was clean, well maintained, and a 30 second walk from the beach. The staff was responsive to any question or concern we had during our stay. The unit was everything we wanted, and nothing that we didn't. For the price, I don't think we could have done better.

No comfort at all.Air conditioner in bed room aimed at bed loud AIR goes on and off all night.smoke alarms were going on all the time .Neighbor had a dog kept barking.Could hear neighbor talking on the phone in our unit this place ill conceived Had to leave early.One week of hell.The PROPERTY MGR DID FIND US A PLACEPLACE TO STAY THE SECOND WEEK THAT WAS GREAT

1/2 Garage turned condo
When you pull in to park you can see the outline of where the garage door once was but now covered with siding. As you walk to the entrance of the unit the sidewalk meanders under low hanging vegetation and passes by large concrete steps that go up to nowhere (no door). The entire landscape was unkept and junky. When I entered the porch the first thing that caught my eye was a machete in the corner. Lack of security and child safety are an issue. Upon opening the door you immediately see a stained and dirty carpet. I reported the stained carpet to the leasing company. Lack of security continued with 2 doors that connected to the other units. They were keyed on my side so I assume latched on the other side. My key did not open them. One door was hidden behind the closet rod in the back closet behind a bifold door. I secured these access points by moving furniture in front to hamper entry. I immediately wanted to find new accommodations but there is a no refund policy and I can't afford to burn $500.
Does this sound like a pleasant stay? I also found and killed a 5" centipede in the bedroom.

Treasure Island
My experience was wonderful. If I were to change 2 things it would be to be more sound proofing with the other apt. next door and the other is the plastic mattress cover sheet was really uncomfortable to sleep on and felt yucky. But would like to do the same thing next year, at about the same time next year. Thanks, let me know when would be a good time to book. Sarah R

Rock on Lobster Cottage
The stay was great! I grew up not far from the cottage and loved the location and the facilities. Very clean and comforting. Awesome set up, very user friendly. Best parking available for residents on the beach. Highly recommend this cottage. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Location! Cozy and clean! Great Price!
Recently stayed here in July for a weekend and absolutely loved it. Just out the front door is a private boardwalk straight to the beautiful treasure island beach. The bed was very comfortable and the wall mounted A/C kept the bedroom plenty cool for comfortable sleep. The small fridge has plenty of room for a weekend worth of meals. I would definitely recommend you check this place out!

Great for a weekend getaway
This place was a perfect place for my husband & I to stay for a couple of nights. We were in town to go to the Ray's games over the weekend. Location was great!! Our TV wouldn't change channels and Bill got to us very quickly and got it up and working again. WE will definitely stay again. ! :)

Geat Place To Stay
This is a cute little place to stay. Just perfect for two people. It had a beachy feel, a nice wooden walkway to the beach, and close to John's Pass. It was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again!
