Palazzo Sassi

Ho amato l’esperienza di soggiornare in un palazzo storico dal gusto raffinato e signorile. Inoltre,l’accoglienza da parte della Signora Saveria è stata parte integrante del piacevolissimo soggiorno che sicuramente ripeteremo. Molto comoda e funzionale l’opzione di poter prenotare il parcheggio.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The place is charming, the room is spacious and very clean, and the hosts were exceptionally lovely and welcoming.

To get hot water in the shower, we had to leave the tap running in the sink, and even then, the water pressure was very weak.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She even allowed us to check in early, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. You can really feel the warm and personal touch from the owner. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️

We stay only one day

Its a pretty place. Not hard to find. Cheaper than other parts of the Amalfi coast. Close to a nice beach. It's across the street from a very nice restaurant with great food and service.

While the woman in the morning who took care of breakfast was very sweet and professional, the staff member who checked us in the afternoon before was not. We arrived a little before check in (4pm) and the place was unlocked, completey empty and no one showed up. Neither phone # on the door worked. I had to go to the shop next door and have someone find a staff member. She showed up making excuses that she emailed us the day before that she wasnt always there, so it was our fault we didnt respond. (I dont have a working phone on vacation) So yeah, rude, unprofessional. Bed wasn't that comfortable. No coffee maker or kettle in room. One of our "clean" towels had a fake eyelash stuck to it. And there was only 5 minutes of hot water at a time so if you're a couple, one of you will be taking a cold shower or waiting. For what we paid, i expected more. Have had better service at a youth hostel.
