Stay was good.Food is really very delicious.The thing I loved the most was the ambience and the peaceful location...Overall the experience was great.

Usually i prefer to stay at Pal Height. But this time i had some work at Cuttack. Then i thought why i shouldn't try their another property. Finally it was an unforgettable stay like Pal Height. Everything was high quality.

Amazing hospitality
thank you very much for the good service, Mr. Santosh (GM) I had asked for a surprise for my Girlfriend at the hotel room. He put in a lot of energy for the suprise and made a beautiful surprise, thank you so much for the good service and de creativity.

Overall the hotel was neat and clean and maintained well, I would like to stay for my every trip in Pal height Mantra
Whole staff was so much friendly and I will not forget to mention Mr Santosh who has helped me in every aspect of my stay , Well Done.

The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The facilities are easily accessible and clean. The food was amazing and the the hospitality was excellent- I felt very welcomed.
I will visit again soon.

I had a very good stay at Pal Heights Mantra hotel Comfortable with everything, including the staff and amenities. the food was awesome especially the Punjabi cousin. Hope to stay back in the hotel sometime soon.

Breakfast was good
Room service was bad, dirty sheets, air temperature was not comfortable, no electricity/power for more than an hour, mosquito filled room. Overall, very bad experience.

Everything about this hotel is good. The staff is friendly , the food is amazingly tasty. The facilities are good and maintained. This hotel is little outside of the city so getting a cab is sometimes challenging.
