La struttura offre una soluzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; la posizione con il parcheggio in loco e il silenzio notturno hanno reso molto piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Pulizia dignitosa e materassi molto comodi hanno addolcito un primo approccio abbastanza distante dalle nostre aspettative. La casa tutta in legno è stata resa funzionale ma si nota una cura molto basica che giustifica in pieno il costo contenuto.

È auspicabile una maggiore attenzione alla biancheria da bagno e da letto. Per le lenzuola la stanchezza ha vinto sulla presunta pulizia ma sdraiarsi su quel lenzuolo che sembrava molto più simile al trasparentissimo coprimaterasso è stato davvero un atto di fede! Gli asciugamani sono davvero troppo incartonati per essere usati.

We stopped here one night en route from France to Italy. I had good communication with the host before we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy and was a good size for the 5 people in our party. The kitchen was well equipped and we had all we needed. The TV even had a channel showing the World Cup which was a bonus! Amazing views in all directions. Some people reported that getting into the apartment is complicated but we found it very straightforward.

There was no blind / curtain in one of the bedrooms so we had to use a towel to block out the light. Be careful of the small step in the floor level when you come in. It would be useful to have a lamp next to each of the beds.

Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Preis-/Leistung stimmen hier m.E. überhaupt nicht. Für 1-2 Nächte absolut ok. Die küche hat ihre besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich, Staubflusen hängen von der Decke, die man lieber nicht intensiver betrachten möchte. Dem Vermieter sollte man nicht zu viele Fragen stellen, die werden entweder einsilbig beantwortet und nach weiteren Fragen erhält man unfreundliche Antworten. Die Dusche im Bad ist eine Katastrophe, man müsste sich am Boiler anlehnen, um das Bad nicht zu fluten. Zähneputzen ist nur möglich, wennsm in Kauf nimmt, sich den Kopf am Spiegelschrank zu stoßen. Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei einzelbetten hat nicht einmal ein Rollo. Fazit: Einrichtung modern, minimalistisch und schön, Haus alt und Wände nicht neu verputzt und bemaltet, verleiht dem Ganzen einen nicht so tollen Charm …

I liked the location. It was close to groceries and was the perfect location for our trip for riding bikes in Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.

When we arrived, we had to use a combination for the door outside the appartment to get in, but the instructions had the exterior door code at the bottom of the message and so we confused it with the code to get into our appartment door. This also happend to other guests staying below us. I went to go see who was at the door and they were having the same issue so I showed them on their message the same thing I finally figured out. Maybe move the exterior door code to be the first code in your message since it is the first door you come to.
