Perfect location, less than 10 mins walk into town and we were able to take the bus to Culloden Battlefield from a bus stop 5 mins walk away. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ hut.

There were several issues with the property during our stay, including (but not limited to): main toilet didn't flush, key safe didn't work, curtains were hanging off the rails in some rooms, stains on the soft furnishings, bin bags from previous guests left in garden, shower tray overflowing, BBQ not cleaned and some essentials missing (bin bags, washing up liquid, dish towels, clean sponge). Cleanliness was well below expectations. Also to note, no charcoal provided, which is tricky to source in January. We still had a lovely time but it fell well short of its customer rating. The owner was responsive during our stay but failed to remediate anything (the toilet was an issue as half the party was over 75) and failed to respond when I sent a list of the issues we encountered on departure.

It was just awesome. They did an excellent job renovating this place and everything looks brand new. It is a five minute walk from Inverness city center and Inverness castle. The house is super clean, bright, comfy and spacious. There is a round table room for games, a living room for tv and beers and an awesome bbq hut which works amazingly well. The jacuzzi (with a roof!) is a daily treat for everyone and with a shower just next to it inside the house the experience is 10/10.
