Bella casa con 1 camera matrimoniale e bagno padronale, 2 ampie camere da letto, 1 soppalco al piano superiore, 1-1 / 2 altri bagni, 1 box auto con vialetto aggiuntivo e parcheggio per gli ospiti dall'altra parte della strada, bel design della cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aperti verso ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo, lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano superiore e patio con barbecue. Questa è una casa vacanza di lusso per famiglie che vogliono rimanere 31 giorni o più o uomini d'affari in viaggio di lavoro.
Stiamo facendo tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno di tutti piacevole e confortevole. A parte la casa di nuova costruzione, la casa ha tutto il resto dai mobili, dai televisori, fino alle forchette e ai coltelli.
Mentre ci sono MOLTE ottime selezioni per cenare o portare fuori nelle vicinanze, troverai la cucina per avere tutto il necessario per preparare qualsiasi pasto in qualsiasi momento. La nostra dispensa è caricata con ogni pentola e strumento di cui avrai bisogno. Il nuovissimo frigorifero può contenere alimenti per un massimo di 9 almeno una settimana. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 e il bar dell'isola ne ospita altri 3.
Se il pasto vuole essere fuori, divertiti usando la nuova griglia per barbecue e il tavolo a 6 sedie nel patio chiuso.
La casa è estremamente vicina al Raider Stadium (2 minuti in auto). In 5 minuti di auto raggiungerete i casinò, i ristoranti, i centri commerciali, la T-Mobile Arena e l'aeroporto internazionale McCarron di Las Vegas. Il campus UNLV è raggiungibile in 10 minuti di auto. Il centro di Las Vegas e Fremont Street (centro città) è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di auto.

Perfect location in a safe, gated community! This townhouse is just off the southern end of the strip 2.5 miles directly west of the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. The property is clean, well appointed and spacious. Outfitted to accommodate 6-8 guests. Great communication with the owner throughout our stay.

Excellent location for day trips to Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire and Mead Recreation! All the comforts of home. Thank you for hosting us! Would stay again, no doubt!

Great place to stay! Michelle was very responsive and check in was super easy. The house was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The house was well equipped with anything you need, even had some spices which was a nice surprise! The neighborhood was quiet and gated so we felt extra safe. It is about a 15 minute drive to the strip which really wasn't bad for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay off the strip.

This is an amazing location, close to the strip, airport and lots of good restaurants. It is everything as advertised, pristine clean, well equipped kitchen and lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable. Michelle and Joe were very responsive to any inquiries and pleasant to deal with. I'd highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. The hosts, Michelle and Joe, were very prompt with their replies whenever we had questions. The condo is conveniently located to hiking areas, great restaurants, the Strip, Fremont Street, etc. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vegas Stay
This was the perfect place for our extended stay in Las Vegas. We prefer staying west of the strip because everything in newer and cleaner. Doesn't get much newer in this case. Plenty of room. Like many places in Vegas, the complex is gated. Not that you actually felt like you needed it in this neighborhood. It was nice having a garage to park in at night. It was exceptionally windy one day so it was nice knowing nothing was going to get blown into our vehicle.
Our primary reason for using Vrbo instead of staying in hotels is to be able to cook our own meals instead of eating out every night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, knives, pretty much everything you could need. Also a plus was having a gas grill out back. Though a little small, it worked perfectly for us on this trip.
There are three bedrooms that were all well appointed, though we only used one. The bed was very comfortable.
Overall, this was one of the better places we have stayed in and would highly recommend it. Great communication. Extremely clean. Easy check in. We will definitely stay here again next time we have an extended trip to Las Vegas. Just a nice comfortable place to come back to after a busy day.
One small note, which has absolutely nothing to do with the host. The neighbor has a small dog which they would let out and would bark continuously for a couple hours at a time. It was annoying a couple times, but did not negatively effect our stay.
