Percy priest Lake House
Questa casa di nuova costruzione si trova a una strada dal lago. Siamo su un vicolo cieco e abbiamo due strade in auto. Siamo una casa recintata con un patio e un barbecue nel cortile. La parte migliore è che siamo a soli 20 minuti dal centro di Nashville !!! Abbiamo 3 kayack disponibili da portare al lago. Il porto turistico si trova dall'altra parte del lago e le barche sono disponibili per il noleggio. Durante la settimana (da lunedì a venerdì) il porto turistico ha speciali e puoi noleggiare un pontone per meno di $ 350 per l'intera giornata !!!!

We were in the area of a soccer tournament. The house was plenty big for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.One of our kids accidentally got locked out and had to find a neighbor to help call us. We were so thankful for their help to get her back into the rental.

Loved staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone. Host was great, paying attention to details that make you feel right at home. Also loved seeing all the turkeys!!

The house was nice. However, there is a subdivision going in across the street. lots of construction and heavy equipment. The house was equipped well with needed everyday things. Some things need to be upgraded due to being worn out. Commuting-driving out to go to places on the local roads was frustrating. lots of traffic and delays going places. The bikes had flat tires that we pumped up to enjoy the ride around the area. The kayak's were great. The lake was full of trash along the shores. Trying to find a way to get them to the lake was a chore. The Neighbor Joe was great! friendly. There was no access to the lake other than the boat launch ramp 2 miles down the road.
