We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.

Always choose 336 Breakers & have been coming to HHI for 50 yrs.Unit is on the beach, has 180 degree beach view & is w/in walking distance of so much (numerous restaurants & shops, churches, groceries & bike paths. Can’t get better ocean view!

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

Extremely easy location to find, check in, management was over the top nice & helpful. Condo is decorated comfortably & cute with all the amenities needed for a 4 night stay. It definitely was small, but we expected that, and our sons ages 8 & 5 loved the twin bunks. Condo as a whole is older, and could use updates, but the unit was about as updated as it could be. We had a wonderful time enjoying the short walk to the beach and the convenience of a pool. We will be back!

Loved not having to drive. We parked the car the day we arrived and never moved until our departure. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance made for a very enjoyable stay.

This year we stayed in the Breakers #336 and had a fantastic time. Its actually the 2nd time staying in this unit. It was clean, well maintained and made for an excellent jumping-off point for all of our island adventures! We highly recommend!

The location was great. The beach was excellent. We enjoyed the views and the convenience of the condo.
It is small and no more than two adults and one to two small children.
The main bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. We almost went out to buy a topper it was that uncomfortable.

Great location and view. Unit needs a few updates - bedroom carpet and living room couch. Bed would be much more comfortable with a box spring. Really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean, the very nice pool, and the free bikes! Will stay here again.

The unit has a nice view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Being on the 3rd floor helps with this because there are a lot of trees and bushes that block the view from ground level. The unit had some cleanliness issues, most notable was a black-stained shower curtain. During most of our stay, the wood walkway to the beach was closed for maintenance. We had to walk through a narrow and poorly cleared trail through the brush. Yuk!

This was a perfect getaway for a small family or couple! Location is PERFECT! Close to everything without feeling too busy. Will visit again if this properly is available.
My only critique is the shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It has mold on it and the deck carpet is disintegrating.

The location is great. The unit needs some updates, the bed was comfortable but the quilt could use a washing. The ramp leading out to the beach is too steep, it should be extended (there is room to do that). The security guard was very nice!

I was double charged for my balance of $782+/- and have tried to get a cooperation even though I send copies of where the money was taken from my checking account and also charged to my visa account....same amount...same day.. The manager was supposed to call me back.but, he has not called. NOT HAPPY WITH VACATION RENTALS right now.

None of the doors shut properly, including the balcony door and some aspects needed updated, such as mattresses, linen and flooring. Room was slightly dirty when we checked in but the location and view trumped the short comings of the room.

This condo was perfect for my little family. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants we barely got in the car. It was a very short walk to the beach which is a huge plus with a toddler. Very clean and up to date. Loved that it came with chairs, an umbrella and boogie board. Wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The location itself is worth everything. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future
Only Cons: balcony was soft as others mentioned in reviews making me nervous with a toddler, bed wasn’t comfortable, didn’t have many supplies.
Make sure to buy extra supplies such as toliet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc. It came with 1 extra set of sheets and plenty of towels for the week.

Overall this place was great, location was perfect, the condo could use a little renovation, beds and couch could be replaced. A couple of nice bucks hung out the whole week outside our balcony. Would rent again ! The entire condo was a buckeye reunion. “OH". “IO"

Looked good initially but then quickly realized the place was lacking to say the least. Lose floor boards, bedroom very small, bed uncomfortable and came with unwanted hair, bunk beds were small. All amenities were available. The door to the balcony was very had to open and the floor of the balcony was coming apart. Great view of the ocean, the pool was nice

We stayed at another apartment in this same building and loved it. But it was booked so we chose this apartment. The place has the same fantastic view of the ocean and the same amenities. But this place was very dirty. The staff had not cleaned it, maybe just superficially. There were smudges (hand/fingerprints on the fridge), everything had a layer of dust, the curtains were stained, the couch had brown marks on it that were disgusting, and there were couple of dead roaches. Contacted VRBO who tried to contact the property manager,. Finally got them on the phone. Sent all the pictures. They agreed to cancel the reservation and we got our money back. Stayed just overnight so we could drive back the next day. It's such a great location but the place is dirty. Needs a thorough cleaning and new furnishings.
