Vicino a tutto ciò che Austin ha da offrire che si tratti di Barton Springs, The Center of Performing Arts a lungo, Lady Bird Lake, Zachary Scott teatro, Austins Hike e percorsi per mountain bike o le immagini ei suoni del centro si sarà tra 0. 5 a 1. 5 miglia di tutti questi luoghi. Questa casa è stato completamente rinnovato nell'autunno del 2010 con tutti i nuovi cucina e bagno ristrutturato. I pavimenti sono legni duri originali con cucina piastrellata e bagno. ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere da letto e soggiorno. LCD, HDTV e un sistema di aggancio / altoparlanti ipod. Gli arredi sono ben arredate con nuovi letti, lenzuola e cuscini comodi. Il caffè fresco intero chicco previsto per il vostro piacere.

The house was very clean and well furnished. We did not cook there so cannot comment on this. There is an extended back yard which was great so we could let our dogs out in the morning and evening. The neighborhood has many dog owners so our dogs had many new smells and loved it. We visited the Warren Wildlife Gallery in the neighborhood. Quite impressive outside and inside. The little park across the street was great for quick walks with the dogs. Zilker park is near by for a swim, biking or walker. Because it was Memorial Day weekend, it was quite crowded. The only tricky part is the driveway. It is narrow and bound by a cement wall on each side. We had a small fender binder late at night in the rain! Parking is available on the street. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly.

Bouldin is an awesome neighborhood right outside downtown. The house met my needs and was comfortable and clean. It is a no-frills small home that checks the boxes, and the hosts were very responsive.

The house we stayed in helped create memorable experiences for my kids, wife and myself. We have already decided that we will look to reserve the house again next time we go back to Austin!

We stayed a month here, and it was like a home away from home!The house is very well equipped with lots of lovely touches. The kitchen is a great size and has every possible utensil and gadget you need! The lounge has a lovely big sofa and Netflix! Plus some great board games!The beds are comfy and the bedrooms are a good size. The garden area and bbq deck is great for outdoor meals.We also loved being so close to SoCo, the river and Zilker Park/Barton Springs. El Mercado, just around the corner, is a great spot for dinner (and has a play area out the back for kids!).Carole and Kerry obviously care a great deal about their guests' experience - both in the home and around Austin in general. They were on hand at all times and responded quickly to any questions we had. There is plethora of information booklets and leaflets on the area so you can make the most of your stay.We would definitely stay here again when we are in Austin. Recommend!
