Just everything - super smart decor, every amenity you could need, easily accessible, quiet, lovely view. clean and smelt devine. Cant thank Kat enough for a lovely stay - she even supplied goodies for my arrival (milk, lovely biscuits, fresh flowers, cider - very well received thanks

just short of a freezer compartment in the fridge -but everything else compensated a 1000 %

Lovely outdoor space. Small apartment but had everything we needed. Netflix account on tv for guests and a large bag of children’s toys were fantastic finds :) also 20 min drive from st Ives or carbis bay. Central location to visit other places

Parking was a little difficult . Not many spaces along the road and having to cross with two kids with no crossing nearby was tricky and the road was quite busy.

Very Homely and everything had been thought about and it was fully equip with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location to visit many key places in Cornwall and right near the beach and very near shops too. Lovely outside area (although we did not use it) was such a nice view in the mornings and evenings and seeing the birds was wonderful. Very friendly hosts and couldn’t do anything more for you! We would love to visit again!!!!

Unfortunately on our visit the Heating didn’t work so it got a bit chilly at times and there was a lot of condensation on the windows which made things feel cold and damp but the hosts were very quick to get a plumber in and were very apologetic and sourced us a radiator very quickly so we were lovely and warm with this.

Very clean and well equipped. Good location (beach and nice restaurants nearby). Outdoor seating and facilities are very convenient. Perfect size for couple to stay.

Mattress and pillows are not very comfortable. The water outside the house is a Site of Special Scientific Interest so should not access for water sports

The bungalow is modern, clean and comfortable with everything needed for self catering. The outside space is such a lovely bonus with views of the estuary. Kat was a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us.

Everything else was great, will definitely visit again.

The curtains in the main bedroom let the light in and there were no blinds which meant that you were awake at sunrise each day.

It was a lovely bungalow within easy reach of some great walks. Not to mention Hayle beach, which is fabulous. There were also good eating places very close and a Lidl supermarket for any bits you might need.

Well furnished sunny, private patio overlooking a stunning tidal estuary . Very clean, modern , comfortable and fully equipped for self catering. Lovely local walk along the memorial gardens and to the Hayle sandy beach.

Alley entrance not attractive.

The property was extremely clean and had every possible facility we could have wished for ! Lots of little touches that made the stay extra special

It was immaculately clean, modern and well fitted out, both indoor and the outdoor space. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants and takeaways very nearby. The outside of the property benefitted from the sunshine all day and had lovely views over the estuary.

The property has everything you might need for a short - or longer - break and is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. There are lots of thoughtful touches...like hand sanitiser and cleaning products, as well as small containers of tea and coffee. There was also milk in the fridge on my arrival (and a small bottle of prosecco...not to mention fudge!) and fresh flowers in the living room. Although there is not private parking, I had no trouble finding on-street parking close to the property. The host is fantastic and could not have been more helpful during my stay...perfect. Lots of thought had gone into making the property covid secure too, which was really reassuring and I would certainly stay again, and recommend to others, without hesitation.

The bedroom curtains are thin, and although the property is not overlooked, I felt a bit 'on show' at night...but this is a minor point and certainly wouldn't deter me from staying again!
