Imu Hotel Kyoto

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. We especially loved the communal space, where workshops are held in the evenings,it created such a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the cocktails were also excellent. However, what truly stood out was the staff. We have rarely experienced such genuine kindness and hospitality. It is clear that they truly care about their guests and go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and valued.

Room is too small for a triple room.

The beds were very comfortable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel was also close to many of Kyoto’s main attractions and was affordable for the location.

The room was smaller than we expected, and it was a little difficult to organize our luggage.

La gentilezza alla reception.

Stanza non particolarmente comoda, posizione della struttura così così, ma soprattutto non ho gradito la formula colazione per cui ero obbligata a scegliere tra 6-7 offerte fisse. Per me che non amo la colazione salata è stato un grosso problema, dovevo per forza farmi dare il vassoio con la brioche e un omelette.
