The location is great, very close to the beach 10-12 min walk, the villa was big enough for our big family and located in the quiet area, we had all we needed. Customer Support was amazing

The location is very quiet, actually the villa is inside a block of similar houses, and nearby streets are very quiet - main traffic goes a little further. The public beach is ~12 min walk, where the water is very clean, thanks to small stones instead of sand. Many cafes & small shops on shoreline, although we preferred to drive to city center (~10 min with car) for groceries shopping and dining. The property is very clean and bright, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and one on 1st. Very neat terrace with roof, ideal for breakfast, trees hide you from neighbors. Great 2-piece tea pot, very handy to make tea and keep it warm! The host was very responsive via WhatsUp, small technical problems like faulty light bulb were fixed almost immediately.

The street cats get over-annoying sometimes when you try to have breakfast, probably previous visitors fed them too much :) This was easily handled by firmly "standing our ground" and in the end children liked to pet them. Providing small kitchen necessities like a sponge and wash up liquid would be very handy, as its difficult to buy a small amount instead of full pack in the store for several days. Maybe that's our AirBnB experience speaking :) but for a facility with an otherwise fully equipped kitchen this seems logical.

About a 10/15 minute walk to Calis beach/harbour and shops. A spacious comfortable clean apartment with good wifi. New easy to operate dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of cupboard space!!! A shared pool though we found we had it to ourselves most of the time. Our host Gulay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any query. Arranged transfers very efficient.

Apartment a bit tired ie. toilet holders and doorhandles either fell off or were loose. Lots of precarious wires loosely sticking out of the walls. Modern oven though didn't have any instructions. No microwave which is always an asset to holiday makers. TV with only Turkish channels and no dvd facility.
