Appartement agréable et confortable pour deux personnes doté d’une cuisine fonctionnelle. Situé dans une résidence très calme, idéalement placée près du port et du centre historique de Vannes.

L'ajout d'un chauffage d'appoint (genre radiateur bain d'huile) serait un plus. Sauf erreur, il s'agit de chauffage central d'immeuble et donc dépendant de la décision de chauffe de la copropriété. Cela peut être un peu juste sur certains mois (ex : en octobre) si le chauffage n'est pas relancé par la copropriété... mais ce ne fut pas notre cas lors de notre séjour.

The location was perfect and the parking was closeby and gratuit. Communication with the host was going very well.

The appartment was not very clean and felt very outdated. The sink in the bathroom did not work so the water cannot leave the sink. The appartment felt humid and moldy. The sleeping bench was very old and not good to sleep on. The dubble bed in the bedroom was a 140cm bed, very small. The appartment was much smaller and darker than it seemed on the quite beautiful pictures on booking.com. There were a lot of chairs in the appartment which took away even more space away to mo move around freely. Location of the appartment was perfect to visist Vannes and surroundings.

Location is excellent. Very close to Marina, town centre, cafes/ bars/ restaurants. Free public car parking very close.

Flat was quite noisy, from flat above and from very noisy heating system which came on at 3am!

Perfect location for walking into Vannes. Surrounding area very pretty and intersting.

Equipment could be improved such as frying pan and cutlery. Hob not always working although a 2nd hob had been provided. Bedroom a bit dark with lack of outside light and only 2 bedside lamps.

Perfect location close to restaurants and touristic places (i.e. souvenirs shops, Castle of Remparts & its garden..)Free public parking. Cozy contemporain apparent. Comfortable bed.

Would have preferred the apartment not to be on the ground floor; but honestly, it didn’t really matter. We enjoyed every detail during our stay.
