It is not my first time at the Hotel. I am a regular customer when going to São Paulo. The staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning, they are all wonderful people. Some of them even recognize me when I arrive. I needed an early check in this time, I was exhausted from my trip to São Paulo. It was approved right away! Thank you all for making my stying in São Paulo the best ever!

Arrival with car was easy, left the car infront of the hotel and the staff took care of it. The checkin was efficient. The room had a great view over the city. Around 20-30 minutes walk to the Ibirapuera Parque.
When I booked the hotel I assumed it had parking. I only noticed that the parking was paid and was added to the bill afterwards, not much, but slightly Inconvenient.

Spacious, clean room with nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Noisy. I could hear the street noise from the 11th floor. The room was cold, and the temperature controller did not work. I was also overcharged. It was corrected after contacting the hotel.

Room was musty and seem to have a humidity problem.
